Latest Developments in Ramadan Sobhi's Doping Crisis, Pyramids Star
The media personality Ahmed Shobeir discussed the latest developments in the cases related to Pyramids Club player Ramadan Sobhi, emphasizing significant developments in the player's doping crisis.
Shobeir stated on his program "With Shobeir" on "On Sport FM" radio that he contacted the player's lawyer, Ahmed Zahran, who confirmed to him that they filed an appeal with the Swiss Federal Court against the decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) to suspend the player for four years, and the appeal was accepted.
Shobeir clarified that accepting the appeal does not mean reducing the penalty, but it may either lead to its enforcement or complete cancellation.
The Giza Criminal Court accepted the appeal of Ramadan Sobhi, a Pyramids player, which led to the annulment of his one-year prison sentence in the case of forgery of official documents.
