Olympique Marseille has officially announced its signing of the Dutch midfielder Quinten Timber (born in 2001), coming from Feyenoord, in a new deal as part of the club's plans to strengthen its squad in preparation for upcoming commitments.

The deal was completed for 4.5 million euros, in addition to bonuses linked to challenging conditions, and a contract until 2030, in an agreement that reflects Marseille's confidence in the player's abilities and his potential to provide the required technical addition in the midfield.

According to reports, Quinten Timber had four different offers during the transfer market, but he preferred the Olympique Marseille project, considering it the most suitable choice for his athletic development and his next step in his professional career.

Timber is considered one of the prominent names in Dutch football and enjoys widespread fan and media attention as he is the brother of Arsenal's English defender Jurriën Timber, thus beginning a new chapter in his career in the French league with Marseille's jersey.
