Al Sadd Submits Offer to Sign Romagnoli
Qatar's Al Sadd club has submitted an official offer to Italy's Lazio to sign defender Alessio Romagnoli during the current transfer window.
According to transfer market journalist Fabrizio Romano, the offer amounts to 7.5 million euros, plus bonuses and variables that could raise the total deal to between 9 and 10 million euros.
The same source indicated that negotiations between the two clubs have already begun, while Italian coach Roberto Mancini hopes to convince Romagnoli to embark on a new experience in the Qatari league and join Al Sadd.
Romagnoli is considered one of the prominent names in defense, with extensive experience in the Italian league, both with Milan, where he previously served as captain, and with Lazio, which he joined in the summer of 2022.
