Infantino Praises Morocco's Organization of the Africa Cup of Nations
Gianni Infantino, President of the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA), praised Morocco's organization of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, expressing his pride in the significant development he witnessed in football infrastructure across the African continent.
Infantino posted a message on his official Instagram account, expressing his happiness at welcoming a number of friends and colleagues from Africa and Europe at the FIFA office in Rabat. He said, "It was truly a pleasure to host friends and colleagues from Africa and Europe at our beautiful FIFA office in Rabat, where we discussed exchanging knowledge and learning from each other's experiences during the FIFA knowledge exchange workshop."
The FIFA President added: "Football is a global game that presents unique challenges, and it is essential to maintain an open mind and a positive spirit to advance the game together, ensuring it continues to create opportunities and inspire future generations."
Infantino did not miss the opportunity to thank Morocco for its excellent organization, saying: "I take this opportunity to thank Morocco for its wonderful hosting of the Africa Cup of Nations, and I once again congratulate the Senegal national team on winning the title."
