Al-Nassr Club is missing a key player in its lineup after it was confirmed that Croatian Marcelo Brozović will be absent from the upcoming match against Al-Shabab in the Saudi Roshn League.

Marcelo Brozović will be absent from Al-Nassr's lineup in the match against Al-Shabab, scheduled for next Saturday, as part of the 16th round of the Saudi Professional League.

Al-Yaum newspaper explained that Brozović's absence is due to suspension, following the accumulation of yellow cards, after receiving a new warning during the recent match against Al-Hilal.

Brozović received a yellow card in the match between Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal, which ended with Al-Nassr losing 3-1 in the fifteenth round.

The loss against Al-Hilal caused Al-Nassr's points to remain at 31, keeping them in second place in the league standings, seven points behind the leaders Al-Hilal.

Al-Nassr has been experiencing a clear decline in results recently, having failed to secure a win in their last four league matches.

During this negative streak, Al-Nassr managed only a single draw against three defeats, increasing the pressure on the team ahead of the anticipated match against Al-Shabab.
