Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus criticized his team’s performance after the 2-1 loss to Al-Qadsiah in the 14th round of the Saudi League at the "First Park" stadium.

Al-Nassr continued its negative results for the third consecutive match, leading to the loss of the league lead to Al-Hilal by a margin of 4 points, ahead of the highly anticipated Riyadh derby next Monday.

Jesus said after the match: "There is no long summary, Al-Nassr was defeated, and Al-Qadsiah was given the opportunity to win due to clear individual mistakes during the second half."

He added: "We need to regain ourselves before facing Al-Hilal. The absence of Mohammed Simakan affected us, but he will return, and this gives us a glimmer of hope to start the next match in a better way."

Jesus defended the Brazilian winger Wesley, stating: "We believe in his abilities. Today he played 20 minutes and was not the reason for our loss. He is fast and strong, and he can be marketed in the transfer market if the need arises."

The Al-Nassr coach concluded his statements: "His productivity is different from Sadio Mané, but he is one of the important foreign forwards of the team, and we must utilize his individual abilities for the benefit of the team in the upcoming matches."
