Essam El-Hadary, the former Egyptian international goalkeeper, confirmed that the Moroccan national team has the ability to overcome the Tanzanian team in the round of 16 and advance to the quarterfinals of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.

Al-Hadary stated in media remarks that the Moroccan national team possesses all the elements of success, both in terms of player quality and technical stability, which makes it strongly capable of competing for the championship title held on its home ground.

He explained that the characteristics of the hero's identity begin to emerge with the start of the knockout stage matches, pointing out that the Moroccan national team will appear differently in the match against Tanzania, in terms of performance and discipline on the field.

Although he favored the Moroccan national team, El-Hadary emphasized that the match would not be easy, affirming that African teams always strive to perform at their best when facing a team with a high status, especially after its historic achievement in the World Cup.

In a related context, Al-Hadary praised the forward Ayoub El Kaabi, considering him one of the top strikers in the tournament due to his high scoring ability that troubles the defenses and goalkeepers of the opponents.
