Ali Alwan, the striker for the Jordanian national team and Al-Karma Club, revealed his imminent departure from the Iraqi league after receiving several professional offers following his crowning as the top scorer of the Arab Cup Qatar 2025.

Alwan suffered an injury during his recent participation on Saturday in his team's match against Zakho, which ended in a goalless draw, as part of the eighth round of the Iraqi Stars League competition.

Alwan left the field injured in the final minutes of the first half and was substituted to preserve his safety, awaiting diagnosis of his injury and determination of the duration of his absence from the fields.

Alwan revealed in statements after the match that he will undergo the necessary medical examinations and radiographic imaging today, Sunday, to diagnose the injury and determine the nature of the treatment.
