The Nigerian national team achieved a dramatic victory over their Tunisian counterpart with a score of 3-2 in the second round of the group stage of the Africa Cup of Nations, at the Fez Sports Complex.

Nigeria took the lead through Victor Osimhen in the 44th minute, while Wilfred Ndidi scored the second goal in the 50th minute, and Ademola Lookman scored the third goal in the 66th minute.

The Tunisian team managed to reduce the deficit through Montassar Talbi in the 74th minute, while Ali Al-Abidi scored a second goal for Tunisia from a penalty kick in the 87th minute.

Nigeria raised its tally to 6 points and secured qualification to the round of 16, while Tunisia remained at 3 points in second place, followed by Tanzania and Uganda in third and fourth places with one point each.
