Siminio Shocks Tottenham and Sets His Preferred Destination

According to journalist David Ornstein, Seminio currently prefers to explore other opportunities, considering a move to Manchester United or Manchester City as his preferred destinations, which has reduced Tottenham's chances of securing the deal.

On the other hand, Liverpool has not yet shown the same level of seriousness in pursuing the player, as they have not entered the race to sign him as aggressively as the other interested clubs.
