Inter Milan is expected to make the decision to terminate the loan of their young player Valentin Carboni to Genoa during the upcoming winter transfer window, due to his limited playing time in the first half of the season.

According to expectations, Carboni will return to Inter at the beginning of January, before the club arranges to loan him out again to another team that can offer him more regular playing time, with the aim of continuing his technical development and gaining additional experience.

The Nerazzurri management believes that the player’s continued lack of sufficient playing time does not serve his career at this stage, especially given the strong competition within Genoa’s squad, which has prompted them to consider reassessing his situation early.

Valentin Carboni is considered one of Inter's most prominent young talents, and the club is keen to develop an appropriate plan to ensure his continued growth, with the aim of benefiting from his abilities in the future within the first team.
