Inter Miami officially announced today the contract renewal of legendary striker Luis Suárez until the end of the 2026 MLS season, a move that underscores the continued reliance on the player's extensive experience and leadership within the team.

The club confirmed that Suárez was a key player in the historic 2025 season, during which the team won the Eastern Conference title and the U.S. Open Cup, as well as excelling and helping the team reach the Round of 16 in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup and the semifinals of the 2025 CONCACAF Champions Cup.

Suárez scored 17 goals and provided 17 assists over a total of 50 matches during the season, bringing his total goal contributions to 34.

Since joining the club, Suárez has scored 42 goals, the second-highest in Inter Miami's history, along with 30 assists in 87 official matches.
