Jamal Al-Salami Confirms Jordan's Readiness to Win the Arab Cup Against Morocco
Jamal Al-Salami, the coach of the Jordan national team, spoke about the highly anticipated match against Morocco in the Arab Cup final.
Jordan will face Morocco tomorrow, Thursday, at Lusail Stadium in the final of the Arab Cup.
The Nashama coach said in a press conference: "Tomorrow's match represents a decisive stage and the conclusion of an exceptional tournament, which witnessed outstanding organization by the State of Qatar on various levels."
Al-Salami added: "We possess all the qualities that enable us to achieve victory over Morocco and win the Arab Cup title."
He continued: "Playing in the final means nothing unless we win it, and we are the ones who need to win the Arab Cup title more than the Moroccan team."
He added, "Yazan Al-Naimat underwent a successful surgery this morning, and the players want to dedicate the championship victory to him."
Regarding the match against his country's team, Morocco, Al-Salami responded: "I am aiming to win the Arab Cup title with Jordan, and the final brings together the two best teams in the tournament."
He continued: "In our match against Saudi Arabia, we were missing 10 players from the core components of the Jordanian national team, and this is something that speaks well of Jordanian football."
