Atletico Madrid achieved an exciting 3-2 victory over Eindhoven in the sixth round of the group stage of the UEFA Champions League, held at the Philips Stadium.

Eindhoven opened the scoring early in the 10th minute through player Gus Til, before Atletico Madrid responded with an equalizer in the 37th minute by Julian Alvarez.

In the second half, the Spanish team extended their lead with a second goal in the 52nd minute by David Hancko, and added a third goal in the 56th minute through Alexander Sorloth.

Eindhoven managed to reduce the deficit and score their second goal in the 85th minute by Ricardo Pepi, but it was not enough to change the outcome of the match in their favor.

With this win, Atletico Madrid raised their points to 12, placing seventh in the standings, while Eindhoven's points remained at 8, placing them 19th.
