Sami Al-Trabelsi Satisfied Ahead of Palestine Match in Arab Cup
Sami Al-Trabelsi, coach of the Tunisian national team, expressed his satisfaction with the atmosphere within the team ahead of their match against Palestine in the Arab Cup.
The Tunisia national team faces the Palestine national team today, Thursday, at Lusail Stadium in the second round of the group stage of the Arab Cup.
The Tunisian national team had lost their first-round match against Syria with a score of 1-0.
Al-Tarabulsi said at the press conference before the Palestine match that everyone has moved past the loss to Syria, adding: "We tried to prepare all the players and hope that their physical readiness is good."
He explained: "We dominated the first match against Syria, but in football, there are unpredictable outcomes. The opponent waited for us to slip up and succeeded in scoring from a set piece."
The Tunisian coach pointed out that some new players will join the national team, including Hazem Mestouri and Al-Haj Mahmoud, after reaching agreements with their clubs.
