Monday 01-12-2025
Carlo Ancelotti, the coach of the Brazil national team, sent a clear and straightforward message to his players regarding the upcoming World Cup squad, emphasizing that he will not include any player who is not 100% ready, regardless of their name or status within the team.

In an extensive interview with the Esporte Record program on TV Record channel, the Italian coach said: "If Vinicius arrives at the World Cup only 90% ready, I will call up another player who is 100% ready."

The Italian coach explained: "There are many players with high quality, and I have to choose those who are in their best form. It's not just about Neymar; Vinicius could be as well. I need players who are fully ready."

Ancelotti acknowledged that Brazil has an abundance of attacking options, which gives him flexibility and a wide range of choices, saying: "In attack, we have many outstanding players, and I will take advantage of this competition."

He concluded: "Neymar has incredible talent. He suffered from bad luck with injuries during the time we were together, but now he is on the same level as the others."
