Jesus Sets a Special Program to Prepare Al-Nassr Before Abu Dhabi Camp
Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus has adopted an initial preparation plan for the Saudi team Al-Nassr, which includes holding two training sessions in Riyadh on December 5th and 6th, before heading to the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi.
Al-Nassr's team is preparing to travel on December 7th to hold a five-day training camp, taking advantage of the break imposed by the Arab Cup tournament in which the Saudi national team is participating.
The team will play one friendly match during the training camp against Al Wahda of the UAE, according to Al-Riyadiyah newspaper, with the aim of maintaining the players' physical and technical rhythm.
Jesus had given his players an eight-day break following the big victory over Esteghlal Dushanbe, as the team arrived in Riyadh early Thursday morning.
The victory over the Tajik team with a clean 4-0 score came in the fifth round of the AFC Champions League 2, in a match held at the Al-Mati Central Stadium.
Al-Nassr will be without six international players during the training camp: Nawaf Al-Aqidi, Nawaf Boushel, Abdulilah Al-Amri, Ayman Yahya, Abdullah Al-Khaibri, and Ragad Al-Najjar, as they have joined the Saudi national team participating in the Arab Cup.
