Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus, head of the Saudi Al-Nassr team, decided to exclude Brazilian goalkeeper Pinto Matheus from the squad that will face Al-Khaleej tomorrow, Sunday, in the ninth round of the Roshn Saudi Professional League, at Al-Ol Park Stadium in Riyadh.

Matheus was excluded based on the Portuguese coach's technical perspective, who prefers to rely on the international goalkeeper Nawaf Al-Aqidi during the current period, according to sports critic Ali Al-Anzi on his account on the "X" platform.

On the other hand, Al-Nassr's roster saw the return of Ayman Yahya after recovering from the injury that kept him out of recent matches. The player participated in group training sessions and announced his readiness to compete.

Al-Nassr, led by Jesus, aims to continue its positive results and secure three more points to strengthen its position in the league standings before the international break.
