Medical Report Determines Abdullah Al-Hamdan's Status
Monday 17-11-2025
Abdullah Al-Hamdan, the Al-Hilal striker, was absent from the Saudi national team's group training in the Jeddah camp during the international break. This was due to muscle pain that required him to work individually with the medical staff.

Journalistic sources revealed that the national team's doctor, Algerian Jamal Khalifa, prepared a comprehensive medical report on Hamdan's condition, in preparation for officially submitting it to Al Hilal Club's management in the coming hours.

The report includes details about the type of injury the player is suffering from, as well as the proposed treatment plan and the expected recovery time before he can return to participating in matches.

Al-Hamdan participated as a substitute in the friendly match where Saudi Arabia defeated Ivory Coast 1-0 at the Al-Inma Stadium in Jeddah. This appearance was preceded by a slight feeling of muscle discomfort.

The Saudi national team is preparing to conclude its current training camp by playing a second friendly match against the Algerian national team on Tuesday at Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium in Jeddah.

The Al-Hilal management is awaiting the medical report to determine whether Al-Hamdan can join the training sessions before the league resumes, especially since the team is dealing with significant absences in the attacking line.
