Reports have revealed that Mohamed Simakan, the star of Al-Nassr, will undergo a fitness test today, Friday, to determine his status for participating against Al-Fayha in the league.
Al-Nassr is set to face Al-Fayha tomorrow, Saturday, in the seventh round of the Saudi Professional League.
The Saudi newspaper "Al-Riyadiyah" reported that the medical tests conducted on the player confirmed that he is free from muscle strain.
Simakan participated in the match against Al-Ittihad in the King’s Cup and was substituted in the 50th minute, with Abdulilah Al-Amri coming on as his replacement.
Al-Ittihad had defeated Al-Nassr 2-1 in the Round of 16 of the King’s Cup, allowing the team to advance to the quarter-finals of the tournament.
