Benzema Talks About Al-Ittihad's Loss to Al-Hilal
French striker Karim Benzema of Al-Ittihad spoke about his team's loss to Al-Hilal in the match that took place on Friday evening, as part of the Roshan Saudi Professional League.
Al-Ittihad suffered a defeat against Al-Hilal with a score of two goals to none in the top match of the sixth round of the Roshan Saudi League, at the Al-Inma Stadium.
Benzema said in a press statement: "I didn't have a chance to score, it was a tough match and Al-Hilal wasn't better than us, but they scored and won in the end."
He added: "We feel sad after losing the match, we tried and we need to work together more, but we will focus now on the next match."
When asked about the need for Portuguese coach Sergio Conceição to have more time, he said: "I am talking about the players, and if you want something from the coach, direct the question to him."
