Reason for Union Star's Absence from the Match Against Al-Hilal
The Union Club revealed the reason for the absence of its defender Ahmed Sharahili from the team's list that played against Al-Hilal in the Roshan Saudi League on Friday.
The Union team suffered a loss to Al-Hilal with a score of two goals to nil at the Al-Inma Stadium in King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah, as part of the sixth round of the Saudi Professional League.
Ahmed Sharahili was absent from the announced Union squad for the match against Al-Hilal due to injury, according to the media center of the Jeddah club.
The Union also indicated in its official statement that Ahmed Sharahili underwent medical examinations that confirmed his injury to the left thigh muscle.
Ahmed Sharahili will begin his treatment program under the supervision of the medical staff at the Union to recover from his injury and return to team training later.
