The newspaper also pointed out that the young duo Mark Bernal and Rony Bardji may also have the opportunity to participate, as Bernal missed the match against Real Madrid last season due to a severe knee injury, while Bardji has become one of the promising elements that coach Hans Flick relies on as an alternative attacking option.

On the other hand, Barcelona's lineup may include several academy players such as Drew, Joffre, Toni Fernandez, Juan Hernandez, and Xavi Espert, in addition to goalkeepers Diego Koshin and Eider Alir, in light of the absence of first-choice goalkeeper Juan Garcia due to a knee injury.

As for Real Madrid, the newspaper confirmed that defender Dean Housen and Englishman Alexander Arnold have recovered from injury, with greater chances for the Spanish defender to participate, especially as the team relies on Valverde in the right-back position while waiting for Dani Carvajal's return.
