Al-Nassr Club is facing a crisis in its midfield after Croatian Marcelo Brozović sustained a muscle injury during the recent match against Al-Fateh in the Saudi Roshen League last Saturday.

Reports have revealed that medical examinations showed a minor tear in Brozović's adductor muscle, necessitating a treatment and rehabilitation period ranging from two to three weeks.

According to what was reported by the program "In 90" on Saudi sports channels, the likelihood of Brozović participating against Al-Ittihad in the Round of 16 of the King’s Cup does not exceed 10%, as he is expected to officially miss the match.

The player is scheduled to undergo an additional medical examination next Monday to determine the extent of his improvement, after which the final duration of his absence will be clarified based on his response to treatment and the rehabilitation program.

This absence comes at a time when Al-Nassr is experiencing a remarkable technical performance after their significant victory over Al-Fateh with a score of 5-1 in the match held at Al-Awwal Park during the fifth round of the Saudi Roshen League.
