
Yurtchich: Our goal is to add a new title to Pyramids' cabinets
Croatian coach Krunoslav Yurtchich confirmed that his team is ready to face RS Berkane in the African Super Cup taking place today, Saturday.
Yurtchich said during the pre-match press conference: "Everyone is indeed ready, as we are the champions of Africa and the champions of half the world, and our goal is to add a new title to the cabinets of Pyramids Club."
He added that Pyramids will face a strong team with great experience and outstanding players, but he stressed at the same time that Pyramids is the champion of Africa, and its goal is to win the precious title regardless of the circumstances.
He pointed out that since taking over, he has been working to change everything within the team, whether in terms of identity or motivation, clarifying that the main goal is to win all possible championships and add new and valuable achievements to the club.
Regarding the impact of absences in his squad, Yurtchich said: "Despite the absences, Pyramids is capable of winning, and we have previously played final matches without some important players, and we succeeded in winning the title, and we aim to repeat that against RS Berkane."
