The Saudi Al-Nassr club has breathed a sigh of relief after confirming the safety of Portuguese star João Félix from injury, just before the anticipated match against Al-Fateh tomorrow in the fifth round of the Roshen Professional League.

Félix participated normally in the team's collective training after overcoming the muscle fatigue he experienced while with the Portugal national team during the recent international break.

The Saudi sports newspaper reported that the player underwent a special rehabilitation program at the health club, before the medical staff gave him the green light to fully return to collective training.

Meanwhile, head coach Jorge Jesus closely monitored the training session, ensuring the readiness of his stars, while Cristiano Ronaldo continued individual physical training away from the group.

Al-Nassr hopes to continue its consecutive victories and maintain its lead in the standings, having successfully gathered 12 points from four consecutive matches since the start of the competition.

The capital team had secured a valuable victory in the last round against Al-Ittihad with a score of two goals to none, confirming its readiness to compete strongly for the title this season.
