Al-Hilal stated via the 'X' platform that Al-Dosari is suffering from a pelvic injury and did not participate in the team's training today, Thursday.
The statement continued that the player was present in the club's clinic to determine his status regarding the upcoming match against Al-Ettifaq.
Al-Hilal will face Al-Ettifaq next Saturday in the fifth round of the Saudi Pro League.
