Italian newspaper 'La Gazzetta dello Sport' reported that Juventus has started to move to sign a new defender during the winter transfer window in January, after it was confirmed that their Brazilian defender Bremer will be absent due to injury.
The newspaper clarified that the first name on the club's list of interests is Milan Skriniar, the defender from Turkish club Fenerbahce, as Juventus is considering the possibility of signing him on loan until the end of the season.
Bremer is suffering from a knee injury that will require him to undergo arthroscopic surgery, and he is expected to be sidelined for a month and a half, which represents a significant blow to the Old Lady's defense in the upcoming period.
