Moroccan Club Complains About Zamalek to FIFA
Sunday 12-10-2025
Ittihad Tangier's official spokesperson, Issam Talbi, confirmed that the club intends to file a complaint against Zamalek at the International Football Federation "FIFA" due to the delayed payments from the transfer of player Abdelhamid Maali to the white club.

Issam Talbi stated in remarks via On Sport channel: "We have great respect for Zamalek, but the truth is that we have a clear and explicit contract with them regarding the transfer of Abdelhamid Maali."

He continued: "We were supposed to receive the first installment of the deal in early August, and the second installment in October, but we have not received any amount so far."

He added: "We are aware of the financial crisis that Zamalek is experiencing, and we have contacted them multiple times without any response. The last communication occurred last August, where they requested a ten-day extension, but that period has ended without any updates reaching us."

He continued: "We understand the difficult situation Zamalek is going through, but in the end, there is a contract binding us to them, and the contract is the law of the contractors. We hope the matter can be resolved amicably, but if the situation remains as it is, we will resort to FIFA to ensure our financial rights."
