Bayern Munich Places Crystal Palace Defender Among Its Interests
Monday 06-10-2025
Sky Sports reported that Bayern Munich is closely monitoring Crystal Palace defender and captain Marc Guéhi, whose contract with the team expires in the summer of 2026, amid strong competition from major European clubs.

Reports indicate that Bayern Munich's sporting director, Max Eberl, is one of the player’s biggest admirers and wants to sign him for free at the end of the season, after his move to Liverpool failed on the last day of the previous summer transfer window.

Crystal Palace is keen on trying to renew Guéhi's contract, despite the interest from several clubs including Liverpool and Barcelona, while the player dreams of a future move to Real Madrid.

It is worth noting that Guéhi, who is 25 years old, joined Crystal Palace in 2021 from Chelsea for €23.3 million, and has played 139 matches with the team in the Premier League, scoring 7 goals and providing 5 assists, as well as participating with the England national team in 25 matches.
