The coach of Olympique Marseille, Italian Roberto De Zerbi, defended his Algerian international player, Amin Guery, during the press conference preceding his team's match against Metz in Ligue 1.

De Zerbi said: "I still see him in good shape. I think you are asking too many questions and over-exaggerating your concerns about him. Guery is calm and does not burden himself with all these questions."

The Italian coach added: "Amin Guery is a strong player and should remain focused; he knows he can start or come on as a substitute and make a difference."

He continued discussing his attacking options, saying: "We have Aubameyang, Guery, and Robinho, all of whom are capable of delivering great performances at any time, especially with the intensity of the matches."

De Zerbi also emphasized Guery's unique characteristics compared to other strikers: "He is not a classic striker who sticks to the penalty area or attacks the depth like others, but he possesses special skills that the team needs."
