Hassan Tamabkti, the defender of Al-Hilal Club and the Saudi national team, missed the training of the Green Falcons, which took place yesterday, Thursday, in preparation for the group stage of the second round of the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.

The Saudi national team, led by French coach Hervé Renard, began its training in Jeddah in preparation for facing Indonesia and Iraq on October 8 and 14 respectively, at the Al-Inma Stadium in King Abdullah Sports City.

Tamabkti did not participate in the training session due to suffering from a cold, and player Mohammed Suleiman Bakr was limited to performing a rehabilitation program with the medical staff due to an injury he sustained in his last match with his club Al-Ahli.

The Saudi national team stated in a statement that the trio of professionals Saud Abdulhamid, Marwan Al-Sahafi, and Muhannad Al-Saad will join the camp after completing their commitments with their clubs.
