The duo of Al-Nasr, Nawaf Al-Aqeedi and Abdul Rahman Gharib, are anticipating the decision of Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus regarding their inclusion in the team list for the upcoming match against Al-Ittihad tomorrow in the fourth round of the Roshen Saudi League.

Nawaf Al-Aqeedi, the goalkeeper of Al-Nasr, has received medical clearance to participate in collective training today, after completing his rehabilitation program following a muscle tear, which gives him a strong chance to return to official matches.

Al-Aqeedi has missed several important encounters for Al-Nasr, most notably against Istiklol Dushanbe from Tajikistan in the AFC Champions League, in addition to the matches against Al-Khulood and Al-Riyadh in the local league, due to the injury he sustained with the Saudi national team.

The international goalkeeper was injured during the Green's camp in the Czech Republic, which took place between August 31 and September 8, forcing him to miss his team's lineup in recent weeks.

On the other hand, Abdul Rahman Gharib has announced his full readiness to participate against Al-Ittihad, after recovering from minor pain in his adductor muscle, which he sustained during the recent Jeddah match in the Round of 32 of the King's Cup.

Despite the confirmation of the players' readiness, the final decision regarding their participation remains in the hands of coach Jesus, who will determine the extent of his reliance on them in the anticipated clash against the Tigers, in a match that could represent an early turning point in the team's league journey.
