The official website of Arsenal FC announced the promotion of Richard Garlick from Executive Director to Executive Chairman of the club effective immediately, after successfully leading the executive management team over the past year.

This change comes alongside updates in the Arsenal Board of Directors under the leadership of co-chairs Stan and Josh Kroenke, as Tim Lewis departs after five years with the club, and both Kelly Blaha and Otto Mali join as non-executive advisors, alongside veteran KSE advisor Dev Steiner.

Additionally, producer and director Ben Winston, a season ticket holder for over 30 years, has joined as a non-executive advisor to bring extensive experience in media and entertainment, collaborating with Lord Harris of Peckham to provide diverse support in finance, sports, real estate development, and other areas.

Co-chair Josh Kroenke stated: "We are pleased to promote Rich to Executive Chairman after a very successful tenure as Executive Director. Rich has had a significant impact at all levels, as the club continues to strive for major trophies, achieve financial sustainability, and place our fans at the heart of everything we do."
