Belgian star Charles De Ketelaere delivered an impressive performance, leading his team Atalanta to a significant victory with a score of 4-1 against Lecce today, Sunday, in the third round of Serie A.

Atalanta entered their home ground seeking their first win of the season after two draws against Pisa and Parma, despite the absence of several key players, most notably Gianluca Scamacca and Ademola Lookman.

Defender Scalvini scored the first goal for Atalanta in the 37th minute with a header, before De Ketelaere made a strong showing in the second half, scoring the second goal in the 51st minute, then assisting the third for his teammate Zalewski in the 72nd minute, and returning three minutes later to score his second personal goal and the fourth for his team with a brilliant individual effort.

On the other hand, Lecce scored their only and first goal of the season through a powerful shot from Konan Nedry in the 82nd minute, reducing the deficit and saving face.

This victory marks Atalanta's first under coach Ivan Juric, who began his mission with the team in search of a return to competing for the top spots.

Atalanta currently sits in sixth place in the Serie A standings with 5 points, while Lecce is in 20th place with only one point.
