Italian media announced the death of Paul Baccaglini, the former president of Palermo Club, who was found dead in his home in Milan on Tuesday, September 9, amid investigations that do not rule out the possibility of suicide.

Baccaglini's body was discovered by his partner, and no official statement has been issued by the authorities yet regarding the cause of death, but reports suggest that he is suspected of having committed suicide.

Baccaglini, born in America to an American father and an Italian mother, was known in the media for his participation in the satirical program Le lene, before moving to work in finance and business, and he briefly held the presidency of Palermo in 2017.

The Palermo Club, which currently plays in the Italian Serie B, expressed its condolences through an official statement.
