The official Premier League website announced that Hungarian international player Dominik Soboszlai, the star of Liverpool, won the Player of the Week award for the third round of the Premier League matches.

Soboszlai's crowning came after his remarkable performance during his team's match against Arsenal, where he led the Reds to victory thanks to his stunning goal from a direct free kick.

Soboszlai managed to garner 37% of the fans' votes, surpassing seven other players who competed for the award, including:

João Pedro from Chelsea - 18%.

Jack Grealish from Everton - 16%.

Bryan Mbeumo from Manchester United - 13%.

Marc Guéhi from Crystal Palace and Enzo Le Fee - 6% each.

Jarrod Bowen from West Ham - 3%.

Marcus Sensi - 1%.

Soboszlai is the third player to win the award this season, following Richarlison from Tottenham, who won the award in the first round, and João Palhinha from Tottenham, who won the award in the second round.
