Moroccan international Achraf Dari, defender for Al Ahly SC, suffered a muscle injury that forced him to leave the match against Pyramids during the fifth round of the Egyptian Premier League, raising questions about his readiness to participate with the Atlas Lions in the upcoming international fixtures.

Reports have confirmed that the medical staff of the Moroccan national team requested a detailed report from their counterparts at Al Ahly regarding the nature of the injury, in order to decide on the possibility of relying on the player during the friendlies against Niger and Zambia.

Walid Rekraki emphasized the need to expedite the accurate diagnosis of Dari's injury, especially since the team is already suffering from significant absences, notably Abdessamad Ezzalzouli, Noussair Mazraoui, and Sofiane Rahimi.

Dari left the pitch in the 35th minute, affected by pain in the adductor muscle, with his teammate Mustafa El Ash being substituted in. The medical staff of Al Ahly confirmed that his participation with the national team is still uncertain.

These developments come at a time when Al Ahly has suffered its first loss of the season against Pyramids with a score of 0-2, leaving them with 5 points from four matches in the league.
