Nassr Player Excluded from Renard's September Camp
Sunday 31-08-2025
The French coach Hervé Renard announced the exclusion of Nassr player Aymaan Yahya from the Green's squad heading to the Czech Republic, in preparation for the training camp scheduled during the international break in September.

The Saudi national team will depart today, Sunday, via King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, heading to Prague to begin a preparatory camp in preparation for the Asian playoff matches qualifying for the 2026 World Cup.

Renard's decision came after Aymaan Yahya sustained an injury during his last participation with his club, which necessitated his exclusion from the friendlies against Macedonia and the Czech Republic to avoid any health complications.

The Green is scheduled to face their Macedonian counterpart on September 4 at the Victoria Zizkov Stadium, while the second match will be against the Czech Republic on the eighth of the same month at the Maltchoviska Stadium.

The final list includes 26 players, led by: Nawaf Al-Aqidi, Mohammed Kanno, Salem Al-Dosari, Saleh Al-Shehri, and Feras Al-Breikan, in addition to several young names such as Mutaab Al-Harbi and Musab Al-Juwair.

It is worth noting that the Saudi national team is in Group B of the Asian playoff alongside Iraq and Indonesia, as they seek to qualify for the 2026 World Cup, which will be held in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
