Juventus Continues Efforts to Strengthen Its Defense
The Italian club Juventus continues its efforts to strengthen the right-back position during the current summer transfer window, as Italian reports have indicated that the club is in advanced talks with Atletico Madrid to acquire player Nahuel Molina.
Juventus is also considering completing a swap deal with AC Milan involving striker Dusan Vlahovic and player Alexis Saelemaekers. According to 'Tuttosport', Saelemaekers is Juventus's primary target to bolster the right flank, especially after temporarily relying on Kalulu in this position during the match against Parma.
On his part, AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri wishes to regain Vlahovic, whom he previously coached, but Milan is hesitant to part with Saelemaekers, which could hinder the completion of the deal. Additionally, the Rossoneri face a challenge in convincing Vlahovic to lower his salary of 12 million euros in the final season of his contract with Juventus.
In related news, reports have confirmed that negotiations between Juventus and Atletico Madrid regarding Nahuel Molina are ongoing, with the possibility of including Nico Gonzalez, a Juventus player, in the transfer deal.
