Sassuolo Withdraws from Signing Yassine Adli
Sunday 24-08-2025
According to the Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport, Sassuolo has withdrawn from the race to sign Yassine Adli, the French midfielder of Algerian descent, which strengthens his stay with Fiorentina, where he is on loan from Milan.

The 25-year-old player scored 5 goals and provided 3 assists in 35 matches last season with Fiorentina, and the Viola is negotiating with Milan to sign him permanently for 13 million euros, amid interest from Bologna and Torino.

Adli, for his part, prefers to continue in Italy, and staying with Fiorentina at the moment may be the best option for the player.

On the international front, Adli is keen to represent France, rejecting the opportunity to play for Algeria, despite not being called up to the senior national team. His experience includes representing France's youth teams from under 16 to under 20.
