The English club Crystal Palace is preparing to enter potential negotiations with the Italian club Juventus to sign defender Lloyd Kelly, in anticipation of team captain Marc Guehi's departure to Liverpool during the remaining summer transfer window.

According to reports from 'Football Italia', Kelly is attracting significant interest from several clubs in the Premier League, with Crystal Palace at the forefront, as they seek a potential replacement for Guehi, who is wanted by Premier League champions Liverpool.

Kelly had moved to Juventus from Newcastle United last January for €17.5 million, with the possibility of the deal reaching €20 million with bonuses, and he has shown impressive performances during the pre-season under coach Igor Tudor.

Reports indicate that Juventus is open to selling the young English defender, provided a suitable offer comes in, amid Crystal Palace's interest, which sees Kelly as a fitting deal to compensate for Guehi in case he leaves for Liverpool in the final days of the summer transfer market.
