Tottenham Hotspur has reached an agreement with Crystal Palace to sign English star Eberechi Eze in a deal worth over £60 million, according to The Sun newspaper.

Tottenham will pay £30 million as an initial payment, with the remaining amount to be paid in installments agreed upon by both clubs, making it one of the standout transfers of the summer in the Premier League.

Eze, who is 27 years old, had attracted interest from several major clubs, including Arsenal, but the player's desire to stay in London and compete in strong European competitions tipped the scales in favor of Spurs.

It is worth noting that Eze is under contract with Crystal Palace until the summer of 2027 and had an impressive season last year, scoring 14 goals and providing 11 assists in various competitions, making him a prominent target in the summer transfer market.
