Eternal Club Management Plans to Change Name and Launch New Projects
Saturday 16-08-2025
The management of the Eternal Club, led by American investor Ben Harborgh, is studying a name change for the club after a year of modifying its logo, with speculations linking the new name to the owning company.

The management aims to establish a new academy for the team and a dedicated training ground, although their locations have not yet been determined, as part of comprehensive development plans for both the first team and the youth.

The club has undergone significant changes following foreign ownership, including the dismissal of Romanian coach Cosmin Contra and the cancellation of several agreements aimed at bringing in new players, in addition to the resignation of executive director Bilal Al-Khalifa.

Despite these measures, the team faces challenges on the field, as it has not met its needs for foreign players, and the training camp started with only 13 players before 5 more joined.

The club currently retains four foreign players: defenders Norbert Woleem and midfielder Kevin Ndouram, and winger Meziani, while striker Jackson Moliika has been assigned to individual training, with a need to sign six new players to strengthen the team's lineup.
