The English club Crystal Palace has reached a personal agreement with Moroccan international Bilal Khannous, the star midfielder of Leicester City, in preparation for his signing during the current summer transfer window.

According to journalist Santi Ona, Crystal Palace made an initial offer of £20 million, but Leicester's management rejected the offer, considering it lower than the player's true value.

Negotiations are still ongoing between the two clubs in an attempt to reach a final agreement, especially since Khannous is attracting interest from other clubs in the Premier League.

Bilal Khannous (21 years old) is considered one of the most prominent rising Moroccan talents, having excelled with Leicester City and the national team, making him a target for several prominent European clubs.
