
The Clubs Association Announces Penalties for the First Round of the Egyptian League
The Egyptian Professional Clubs Association announced the penalties for the first round of the Egyptian Premier League.
A fine of 100,000 EGP was imposed on Zamalek Club due to collective insults from the fans towards the opposing team player and the match referee.
A warning was issued to Kranoslav Jurcic, the head coach of Pyramids FC, along with a financial penalty of 5,000 EGP for protesting against the match referee.
A warning was also issued to Ahmed Magdy, with a financial penalty of 5,000 EGP for failing to follow the referee's instructions or for expressing discontent and protesting against him.
A financial penalty of 20,000 EGP was imposed on Modern Sport Club for withdrawing or hiding the balls during the match with the intention of wasting time.
Additionally, a financial penalty of 50,000 EGP was imposed on Modern Sport Club for their players receiving 6 yellow cards in the same match.
