Italian club Como has finalized its contract with Spanish striker Alvaro Morata, as confirmed by media reports, most notably by the famous Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.

Romano mentioned that Morata can be considered a player for Como, following the end of his loan to Turkish club Galatasaray, which did not wish to retain him for the upcoming season.

Morata had joined Galatasaray on loan during the last winter transfer window from Italian club Milan, with a contract extending until next January, including a conditional mandatory purchase clause, but the Turkish side decided not to activate the clause.

The president of Como previously confirmed reaching a complete agreement with the Spanish player, pending the final details with Galatasaray, which has recently been resolved.

Morata participated with Galatasaray in 16 matches during the last season, scoring 7 goals and providing 3 assists, contributing to the team's victory in the Turkish league title.
