Diyala Club announced its official signing of goalkeeper Ali Faisal coming from Al-Zawraa Club, in a move aimed at strengthening the goalkeeper position ahead of the new season of the Iraqi league.

Ali Faisal served as the second goalkeeper for Al-Zawraa behind international goalkeeper Jalal Hassan and has considerable experience through his participation in several matches over the past seasons, in addition to his continuous training in a highly competitive environment within one of the largest Iraqi clubs.

This transfer comes as part of Diyala's management efforts to reinforce the team's ranks with players who have a good technical background and the potential for development, as the club aims to deliver a stable and productive season following its recent promotion to the premier league.
