However, according to the website 'Foot Mercato', Al Hilal has reached a verbal agreement with Liverpool to complete the signing of Nunez, while negotiations with Nunez regarding personal terms are still ongoing, as the final decision rests with Nunez, but negotiations are progressing well.

Nunez has excelled during the preseason preparations, having scored five goals so far, and continues to prepare with the team for the anticipated match in light of the absence of any agreement so far with any club regarding his departure.
