Florent Thauvin Approaches Return to French League
French media reports have revealed that Florent Thauvin, a player for Udinese in Italy, is close to returning to the French league during the current summer transfer window.
According to RMC Sport, Lens has reached an agreement with Udinese to acquire Thauvin for 6 million euros, with the French player signing a contract that extends until the summer of 2028.
Thauvin, who is 32 years old, is scheduled to arrive in Lens this Tuesday evening, in preparation for a medical examination and the signing of official contracts on Wednesday.
It is worth noting that Thauvin, who won the 2018 World Cup with the French national team, is under contract with Udinese until 2026.
